May 20, 2017 – Madame Jones, Bryce Milano, Alyssa Garcia

Doors @ 7:00 Show starts @ 8:00

Madame Jones

Steve Gudelunas, Maura Blanchard, and Tyler Blanchard came together in the summer of 2016 to form Madame Jones. They are a versatile group of professional musicians who have been in the Philadelphia music scene with other projects for over 10 years, performing at many of Philly’s top venues like the Trocadero Theatre and World Cafe Live! Main Stage. Their goal was to create a unique sound, blending genres of music, as they all come from different backgrounds. After some time experimenting, Madame Jones found their unique funk-jazz-rock blend and are now working hard to cultivate that sound!
2017 has been a busy year so far: they just finished a 4 song E.P. at Junction Studios with Diane Zaiko, the Spring is fully booked, and the band is very excited to have John White Sr coming in on Electric Guitar. You will certainly enjoy the energy that he adds to the show – hope to see you there!

Bryce Milano

Bryce Milano is a Philadelphia-based singer songwriter and Berklee educated instrumentalist. Striving to write music that is both emotionally direct and subtly sophisticated, Milano takes listeners on a unique musical journey every time he plays. Blending his early acoustic and folk influences with jazz, R&B, pop, and rock, and with his unique and virtuosic instrumental voice, he defies categorization. His lyrics grapple with the uncertainties and anxieties of life that often fly just under the radar of our everyday consciousness, all within the context foot-tapping and distinctly original new music.

Alyssa Garcia

Since winning the Philadelphia Songwriters Project in 2015, seventeen year old Alyssa Garcia has had doors open. She has been the opening act for 3 time GRAMMY nominee Crash Test Dummies and season 8 winner of The Voice Sawyer Fredericks. Two of Alyssa’s songs are featured this year in Daniel Roebuck’s (LOST, The Fugitive, The Man In High Castle) movie Getting Grace. Alyssa will complete her first full length studio recorded album in the summer of 2017.
